Mexico City Business Travel Guide

Articulate Rise 360

I designed this course on Articulate Rise 360 as a practice scenario for employees at a large food production company that frequently travel to Mexico for project collaboration. The course features a variety of learning devices and assessment strategies to best meet participant needs. Take the tour below.

Problem:

Hundreds of employees were struggling during their business trips to Mexico City due to difficulty communicating and understanding cultural practices when collaborating with their Mexican colleagues. They were also having trouble with logistics such as transportation. They needed an on-demand training solution to prepare for their trip.

Solution:

I designed and created an on-demand e-learning course in Rise to help business travelers communicate and collaborate more effectively on their trip. By keeping the modules brief, interactive, and on-point, employees know how to communicate in basic Spanish, understand cultural practices, and plan the logistics of their trip in under 30 minutes. Employees can access the training on mobile, tablet, or desktop.
